Spring 2010 Registration Procedures

There are two rounds of registration
Round 1 Registration forms are due FRIDAY JANUARY 8th by 3:00pm in the school office. There is no limit to the number of clubs in which your child may enroll. Second choices will not be honored. Once the enrollment process is completed, the club roster will be posted on this website. Clubs that are oversubscribed will be filled by lottery (see below).
If your child did not get into a club due to a lottery in FALL 2009, please indicate your child's first club choice on the enrollment form. Your child will be exempt from the lottery in that club only.
If you are enrolling siblings in a club and would like them to attend together, please indicate this on the enrollment form. If you choose this option either all or none of your children will be enrolled in the club.
Please note, late applications will not be included in lotteries but will be considered during second round registration.
Round 2 A list of open clubs will be posted by MONDAY JANUARY 11th. If you are interested in an open club please bring a new registration form to the school office by 3:00pm WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 13th.
Once the enrollment process is complete, you will receive a refund check if your child was not enrolled in a club due to lottery or if a club was canceled due to under-enrollment. All unneeded checks will be destroyed. Any outstanding balances must be paid by the end of the registration period. Your child will not be admitted into any clubs until full payment is received.
